  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx

  • Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order ships

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or for local pickups (if available)

4. Digital Products

  • Digital products (such as downloadable photos or graphics) are delivered via email or direct download link

  • No physical shipping is required

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days

  • We’ll coordinate with the carrier and provide a replacement if possible
