At Premier Field Coverage, we strive to make every experience a positive one. Below is our policy on refunds and cancellations:

1. Photography Sessions:

  • Cancellations with 48+ hours’ notice – Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice – Eligible for a 50% refund or rescheduling

  • No-shows – Not eligible for a refund

2. Digital Products (e.g., photos, graphics):

  • All digital products are non-refundable once delivered, due to the nature of digital content

3. Physical Products (prints, merch):

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund once we verify the issue
